Our AMS (Account Management System) is designed to be simple and efficient. The account management system, designed in-house, is the main database driven application utilized to capture and store all municipal accounts for buildings under our management.

As the accounts from municipalities are received, our skilled data capturers will capture relevant data from municipal accounts. On completion of tthis process, the municipal accounts are sent to our approval department for approval. This department, consisting of Utility Managers and Administrators, performs the following functions:

1. Verify that the actual municipal account has been correctly captured onto our AMS Database.

2. Accruals and Recoveries are captured onto the account.

Accounts are authorized and approved. The customer can be assured that he will be paying accurate amounts to the municipality.
